John Holland has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has proven success in conceiving, entitling and executing complex development and construction projects. He is also a real estate executive with experience in the acquisition and development of mixed use retail facilities and multifamily complexes.
John provides the following services: examine construction budgets, inspect and evaluate construction progress, prepare observation reports, control and direct the Project Lenders’ disbursements including authorization or withholding of payments to contractors, subcontractors and vendors, coordinating and directing the activities of contractors, subcontractors and vendors, the conceptualization and execution of strategic development plans to maximize the income and value of the shopping center, negotiating with political entities, community groups, retail tenants, partners, consultants, contractors and other service providers. Other responsibilities include assisting with contractor selection, asset management, governmental relations and approvals, entitlements, master planning, community relations, deal negotiations, and legal documentation.
