His expertise spans the acquisition and development of mixed-use retail centers and multifamily communities.

John’s role includes overseeing construction budgets, evaluating project progress, managing lender disbursements, and coordinating contractors and vendors. He is also skilled in strategic development planning, asset management, entitlements, governmental relations, and negotiations with key stakeholders—from political entities to retail tenants.
