Chad Holland and Ryan Holland are partners in Millennium Destination Development, the company who is developing Boulder Creek at “The Hill”, a planned regional destination development encompassing approximately 300 acre. Boulder Creek at The Hill is located at the intersection of Interstate 57, Illinois Route 13 and Illinois Route 37 in Marion, Illinois.

Marion serves as a regional shopping hub for all of Southern Illinois. The City of Marion and state of Illinois have approved this site as a STAR bond district.  This will be the first STAR bond development in Illinois.

University Town Center is a planned 400 acre mixed use retail and entertainment development located in Glen Carbon, Illinois.  The site is less than two miles from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and less than 12 miles from downtown St. Louis, MO.  Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is the largest nearby employer, with approximately 2,500 jobs and an enrollment of more than 12,000 students. 

The site is positioned at the intersection of two interstate highways (I-255 and I-270) and two state highways (Illinois routes 157 and 162), and is accessible by two interchanges.  It is located within the 255 & 270 loop which connects into Interstates 55, 70, 44 & 64.
